Retainer: Best for employers who want consistent HR support without the cost of hiring internally. Retainers provide ongoing access, predictable monthly structure and a reliable HR presence that scales with operational cycles.
Project Based: Ideal for defined initiatives such as policy development, investigations, WorkSafeBC compliance updates, onboarding systems, or workforce planning. Projects have clear scope, timelines and deliverables so you know exactly what you are receiving.
Hourly: Best for short-term needs, immediate questions, or support that does not require a full project. Hourly work provides flexible, on-demand HR guidance when issues need attention right away.
