
I bring a rare combination of industrial experience and senior HR expertise. With nearly 30 years working across both operations and HR, I understand how to translate real jobsite needs into clear policies, strong documentation, practical safety practices and workforce systems that actually work in industrial settings.
Before launching Estrea Solutions, I spent almost two decades in BC’s forest industry and later worked across manufacturing, marine services, transportation, and remote coastal operations. My background includes experience in safety, production, workforce development and employee relations in both union and non-union environments. This dual perspective allows me to balance HR requirements with operational demands in a practical, results-driven way grounded in Industrial HR for BC employers.
I started Estrea Solutions because I saw a gap between what industrial employers needed and what traditional HR delivered. My experience gives me the ability to close that gap in a practical, respectful, jobsite-ready way.
